"Its Your Day" service is perfect for the couple that has planned
and organised their whole wedding and now wants to sit back and enjoy being
the bride and groom. Let us work behind the scenes to take care of your wedding
day and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
- Meet with you 6 weeks prior to your big day to ensure everything has been planned for.
- On your wedding day, we will be present from the time the bride gets ready to the last guest is leaving.
- Work with you to develop a wedding day schedule
- Confirm all vendor bookings and direct vendors on the day
- Organise any outstanding payments for vendors / suppliers
- Make sure that You, Your Groom, Parents and Wedding Party are comfortable and have all the service you need while getting ready.
- Oversee proper setup and design of ceremony and reception venues
- Assist with seating plan and distribution of bomboniere
- Greet your guests and direct them to the ceremony area
- Organising the wedding party when its time to walk down the aisle, making sure they look great and are smiling.
- Coming to the rescue of any crying flower girl or ring bearer during the ceremony
- Ensure reception and ceremony runs to schedule
- Assisting your photographer in organising photos that you want
- Be there by both your sides, ready and available for any emergencies or unexpected occurrences.
- Organise a post-reception delivery of your wedding gifts
- Provide a complimentary “Events to Envy Emergency Kit”
- Be available via phone or email during the countdown to the big day. Events to Envy are available to help.
