With our “Big Day” service, Events to Envy will be involved in every facet of the day-to-day wedding planning and manage the entire wedding day. This includes:

  • Developing your ideas into a theme and design for your wedding
  • Assist in creating a budget and wedding plan
  • Assistance with selecting your vendors and managing any contracts/payments
  • Accompanying you to all vendor appointments
  • Locating the perfect ceremony and reception venue
  • Confirmation of vendors prior to wedding day
  • Development of a wedding day schedule
  • Ensure the bridal party are aware of any responsibilities for the day
  • Assistance with venue styling and seating arrangements
  • Coordination of transport and photographer
  • Organising mailings of all invitations
  • Assistance with delivering bonbonnerie to reception
  • Attendance at your wedding rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
  • On your wedding day, we will direct and manage your ceremony and reception
  • Events to Envy will be present from the time the bride gets ready to the last guest leaving
  • Manage all wedding vendors
  • Make sure that You, Your Groom, Parents and Wedding Party are comfortable and have all the service you need while getting ready.
  • Oversee proper setup and design of ceremony and reception venues
  • We are at your service throughout the ceremony and reception and are there to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Greet your guests and direct them to the ceremony area
  • Organising the wedding party when its time to walk down the aisle, making sure they look great and are smiling.
  • Coming to the rescue of any crying flower girl or ring bearer during the ceremony
  • Assisting your photographer in organising photos that you want
  • Ensure correct placement of table place cards and bomboniere
  • Organising your grand entrance at the reception
  • Making sure that everyone involved in toasts are cued and ready
  • Be there by both your sides, ready and available for any emergencies or unexpected occurrences.
  • Organise a post-reception delivery of your wedding gifts
  • Provide a complimentary “Events to Envy Emergency Kit”
  • Unlimited access to your consultant via phone or email during the countdown to the big day. Events to Envy are available to help.
